He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Utah. Jared loves helping people exit the rat race, and is active in community and church service with his wife and five children.
Dr Adam currently serves as the Managing Partner of the Bargain House Network, Real Estate Trainers of America, and Dream Branding Partners. He got his start in real estate as a Realtor in 1996 but quickly started working with new home builders and was asked to start mentoring others in real estate in 1999. Dr Adam has developed and conducted real estate trainings all over the USA, Canada, Australia, and the Caribbean. He remains an active real estate investor and is currently developing a new home subdivision.
Daniel is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and paper assets expert. During his 16 years as a coach and instructor with a premier coaching firm, he has personally helped hundreds of investors acquire and fund their properties, often using creative (zero-down) financing strategies. Daniel has also worked with a host of global entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses, ranging from restaurants and pubs, to small tech companies, and everything in between. As a believer in continuous learning, Daniel is an eager student of business and economic trends, which has allowed him to profit even during down markets. Joe Fiddelman Senior Mentor
Joe’s real estate investing career started in 2010 when he purchased his first property using a no-money-down VA loan. Within 60 days of closing, he furnished all 4 bedrooms, lived in one, and rented out the other rooms to create a positive cash-flow while having a place to live. In 2011, he purchased his first standalone single family rental, started a property management company, and became a licensed agent. As an agent, Joe focused primarily on residential properties on both the buyer and seller side and worked for Remax and Keller Williams.
Joe’s diverse real estate experience ranges from renovating rental properties to his high-standards to maximize cash-flow and minimize vacancy, to completely gutting and restoring flooded houses in Baton Rouge to better-than-new condition, to high-end new construction in Nashville, to Short Term rentals in Gatlinburg. He has managed his own projects in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, and Indiana. Joe enjoys meeting new people and working with investors of all skill levels.
Joe is a proud veteran of the United States Navy where he served aboard “The Hunt For Red October” submarine, the USS Dallas. His responsibilities included being a Reactor Operator where he operated the nuclear propulsion plant systems and maintained the associated reactor protection systems. He earned his electrical engineering degree from Georgia Tech and continuing his life-long learning, he received his MBA at Georgia Tech.
Joe enjoys spending time with his friends and friends. He has his Commercial Pilot’s License and in his free time, you’re likely to find him in an airplane or around an airport teaching people about aviation. If Joe is not at an airport, there’s a good chance he’s in the garage wrenching on a car, motorcycle, or occasional computer. Joe has a love for travel and enjoys learning about different cultures.

An active real estate investor with a background in the financial industry, Tyler got started in the mortgage industry as an originator. He is detail oriented and possesses a wealth of information on the Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas real estate investment markets. Sourcing high cash flow multifamily and single family income properties for investors is one of Tylers super powers! When he is not helping you crush real estate he is pursuing a degree in business finance from Utah Valley University. He played college baseball at Utah State University, and enjoys camping, cooking and watching sports.
